What do I do? Advice please.

Today is the second day my 20 month old baby doesn’t want to sleep alone in her room. She’s been sleeping by herself since she’s 7 months old without any problems. She’s sleeping in a floor bed since she’s 13 months and she adjusted pretty good and fast, but now she gets off the bed and opens the door and gets out when I leave the room when it’s nap time and bed time. She cries if a leave, is this a stage? Is it normal? Do you mommies have any advice? Also, she sleep with a sound machine and the blinds closed, the room is not 100% dark.

My daughter also stopped once she turned 20 months. She was sleeping good after her regression at 18 months then 20 months hit and she won’t sleep anymore lol! You aren’t alone

Same here and it's so rough 😮‍💨 we used to be able to blow kisses and walk out. Now bedtime takes at least an hour every night. I've got a 4 month old that obviously needs a bit of support too (I nurse him to sleep in my room on a different floor than my toddlers) and she has to scream her head off for 10 minutes every night and it breaks my heart. My husband works the second shift so he's not able to help at bedtime.

@🩷 Patience 🩷 thank you for sharing. I feel like she needs her nap, it’s just that she has separation anxiety right now.

@Katie I used to do the same, but it isn’t working anymore 😭. I hope it’s just a stage and we can be done with it soon 👍🏻.
