The HV said it’d likely from milk but even if I was it it doesn’t go away almost like a lack of melanin there (mixed baby)

My son had these. HV said could be where milk has ran down so just to keep clean, ensure all creases and folds are thoroughly dry etc. Cleared up by themselves.
