My toddler is refusing veggies! HELP!

Got any veggie-feeding tips for toddlers? Mine won't touch anything green! I've tried hiding broccoli, spinach, kale – everything – in his faves, but he spots the green and refuses. I really want him to eat his veggies.

Smoothies and don’t add as much green that it changes color. Veggie nuggets as well.

Pasta sauce

Muffins, Mac n cheeses Type in hidden veggie foods for kids in Pinterest and so many come up

Mix into pasta sauce, soupy sauces(like in our case Mexican rice and fideo), into meatballs, smoothies. You can also just look into alternatives for those specific nutritional values. Always continue to offer and make a show about how good they are when you eat them, like be dramatic, it’ll encourage them to try it to see the hype haha

Veggie nuggets and veggie pasta sauce is amazing

Spinach pancakes

Do you like veggies?

https://www.annabelkarmel.com/recipes/hidden-vegetable-tomato-sauce/ This is a great recipe for hiding lots of veggies in. My son loved it when we were weaning x

All of the above suggestions - smoothies, pancakes, pasta sauce, etc. if you need something quick I also like the brand Dr. Preagers, they make spinach bites, sweet potatoes bites, broccoli bites, etc. but they’re breaded and in the shape of animals with fairly clean ingredients.

@Melanie Stefani my daughter LOVES Dr. Preagers!!

Smoothies! I just recently made a smoothie with a combination of mixed berries, peaches, banana, beets, avocado, butternut squash, spinach, and broccoli. The mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries) and beets really help to cover any green in the smoothie.

Yep!! So if it’s like a broccoli floret I cook it till green still but not over white h has helped. I add some garlic butter to the top. For other veggies and stirfry in butter and add some seasonings. What are his favs? Xx
