Sometimes you just gain more. Baby could be bigger who knows. I gained a ton in my pregnancies and that’s just kind of how it is. My diet wasn’t the best but like it wasn’t terrible. But my body still just put more weight on
Do you have GD? Do you eat carbs and sugar?
Can you please provide 3 days of meals as an example to perhaps understand or try to understand the why and what. Even brand you prefer to eat.
