Yes my little girl did when she was a month old she barely drank anything and due to not being able to eat for 7 hours before the mri they had to put her on fluids as they were concerned she was going to end up dehydrated but likely within the hour of her having fluids she started to drink more so they did take her off of them once she had completely one whole bottle but she did have to be monitored for a while after x
Yes - we were told reduced milk feeds are possible after an MRI. Babies can struggle with latch/ feeding a bit immediately after. I’m breastfeeding so can’t tell you how reduced the feeds were but she struggled with feeds the afternoon after the GA. Slept all the night after then seemed back to normal the next morning for feeds. Did they give you a number to call for direct access for any concerns? Maybe call if you are still concerned just to ask their opinion.
