I’m a miserable mom.

I’m genuinely a miserable SAHM. Grumpy 24/7 get zero breaks because no village and husband works a lot to have money for us. I’m sick and tired of being miserable. Going to bed doesn’t even relieve the exhaustion from being a mom that is how miserable I am. I need all the tips and tricks to stop being so freaking miserable. Did you delete social media did you meditate did you read books? I need help so badly.

Tbh. It can be a little hard to find your village. But you have to find one hobby just for you and talk to hubby how you need to do that hobby. Msg me and we can talk if you'll like

Therapy and friends! I have a couple of friends that we keep in touch almost daily just over messages and reels, we rarely see each other but are very much aware of what's going on with each other and support one another. It's still hard but that helps me a lot. You're not alone 🤗

Shopping helps me. And also the thought that I need to be patient a little and it will become easier for me. I can send my child to kindergarten and go to work, and then the child will go to school, and it will definitely be easier. Listen to positive music, it also helps. Thank yourself for giving birth to a wonderful child and just know that you are a strong mother, everything will be fine with you ♥️ If you want to chat, write

Being out in nature helps me. Going to parks, picnics in the park for lunches, going to farms, going for walks. Things like that. The weather being nicer now makes a huge difference

You need your husband to take your kiddo out for a few hours and have some you time. Don't spend it cleaning. Whenever I'm burnt out I send my husband and the kids to his moms 🤣 it really does help me have a reset.

I would get some labs done if you can, especially on micronutrients, and take supplements as needed. After pregnancy and breastfeeding my Vitamin D levels were incredibly low. Started taking that and a women’s multivitamin regularly and it’s helped with some of the every day exhaustion.
