How many naps is your baby having?

I used to have a really rigid schedule till our baby was 6 months and then all hell broke loose and everything changed (as baby’s are always changing) and I’ve had to admit defeat and just go with the flow to find my baby’s new normal. I don’t go by time anymore I go by wake windows at the moment. This is what seems to be naturally forming. Wakes up anywhere between 5:30am-6:15am 30-40mins nap in the morning exactly 3 hours after waking up 45min-1h nap another 3 hours later 45-1h nap about 2 hours later I also try to have her awake before 3:30-4pm other wise it really pushes her bed time later and later and typically bed time in now between 7-7:30pm I can’t seem to get her to have one long nap in the middle of the day but we are out and about so I guess that isn’t realistic for us anyway due to getting in and out of car seats/prams. Would really be interested to hear what your day typically looks like now? Xxx

We tend to wake my little one at 7am as I’m starting back at work. He then will stay awake until 9-9:30 has a 30-45 minute nap. Awake until 12:30-1pm another 30-45 minute nap. Then has a nap around 3-3:30 for 30-45 We then do have him nap at 5:30 for 30 minutes He then is ready and in bed by 8:30pm It’s a bit later of a bedtime than other people but it works for us. He’s also in the transition of starting nursery where they may be adjusting his schedule slightly so he will be in bed earlier

We've moved to 2 naps recently and that's helped extend his first one, before he was doing 3x30mins Wake 630 Nap 1030-1130/12ish Nap 330-4 Bedtime 8/830ish They can change slightly but roughly this is what we go by.

We have 3 naps but they really vary in length and when they happen too. I go by roughly 2.5-3hrs wake windows between naps He tends to go to sleep at 10pm ish and wake up around 8.30am
