Shaving problems!

Right guys, it’s gotten to the stage in my pregnancy where I can no longer see to shave (nor can I comfort sit in the bath)😭😩 I need help, tips and tricks to get the job done. I know I will get comments such as ‘I don’t care when I’m pregnant’, ‘l just let it grow out’.. I can not, okay, that’s great for you but I’m not comfortable with it, it irritates me, it’s itches me, it makes me feel very self conscious and I want it gone. Thanks girls x

Do this sit down on the floor (if u feel u can get up afterwards) grab a little mirror on a stand and do it from looking at ya reflection 💁‍♀️

Not gonna lie I got my husband to do it for me when I could no longer see lol

I feel you. I had to use a mirror to see what I’m doing as I can’t see a thing. X

Also eager to know the answers. I feel the same incognito

Same, I normally take everything off and I’m doing it blind now at 28 weeks 🤣 just hope I’m getting it all. Will try the hand mirror.

Omg same girl, I was debating tying hair remover cream 😂

I’m 36 weeks and been getting my partner to do it since 26 weeks 😂 I tried with a mirror but didn’t trust my judgement through a mirror 😂

@Claire I have been doing that but it’s got a little questionable recently and didn’t trust myself not to get cut 🤣

Why don't u go and get waxed that's what I do I don't shave no more as haird grows bk far to quick and waxing u get atleast 5. 6 weeks smooth

I had to use a mirror 😅 Or wing it with my other hand feeling for the hair and shaving with the other 🤣

Recovering from shaving has never been positive for me so I’m a trimmer. Lately I sit on the edge of the bath feet in and carefully, slowly trim and snip snip away till everything feels smoother-ish or less LOL. Then two or three days later, I’ll go back in for a tidy up trimming 🙈

I do it blind 🤣 ive done it that many years that I don't have any problems

I just feel and shave, get them flexible razors x

I got my fella to do it🤣🤣

I swear by boots own brand hair removal cream, you don’t have to see to put it on and clears all hair

For all my pregnancy it didn't really matter to me but I understand can be very uncomfortable. It matter though when my delivery date was about to come so I shaved using a mirror! It did the trick!Good luck with your pregnancy:)

I use the woo woo hair removal cream and that seems to be the winner! It’s an in shower cream so it’s not on your skin for too long and it doesn’t leave me with rash/bumps. Try and stay pants/trousers free for as long as possible afterwards to avoid getting sore! It’s a dream when you can’t see what you’re doing🤣🤣

I haven't been able to shave down there properly for ages. I just wing it, and sometimes it's a bit bristly where I've missed bits but it's not like anyone is seeing it ATM anyway haha

@Mia a bit tmi but does that work for thick hairs😭

Hear me out, a bath seat/stool so you can maneuver in the shower/tub safely, a strategically placed mirror, wet/dry shaver to get rid of the majority without nipping yourself (like trimming a hedge) and a flexible razor for a closer shave and to clean up any strays

@Ruken yes!! I have super thick hair especially during pregnancy and it seems to work perfectly for me!
