What does her day look like in terms of sleep, wake ups, naps etc? X
@Gemma she has one nap, usually 1.5-2 hours from around 12-2. She then goes to bed at 7pm, she self settles to sleep every night and does still have a dummy for bedtime.
@Fay I'm going to try the long walk and hope that it makes a difference 🤞🏻
What time does she wake up on a morning? Does it take her long to fall asleep? X
@Gemma she's always been an early riser, but we have managed to push wake up to 6am more consistently. She tends to fall asleep quickly when first put down for a nap/ to bed, but it takes a long time to settle her in the middle of the night. X
Was it just a one off or does it happen consistently? X
I’ve just taken mine to soft play - it’s like having a dog, needs daily exercise 😂
Could have wrote this myself little one wakes up regularly doing this even on holiday when he's been out in fresh all day running around he went bed great but woke at half 2 and still awake now
@Gemma There's no pattern that I can find for when it happens, but it's definitely not a one off x
@Kerrie It's so hard isn't it!! My little one started singing for over an hour at 2am 🤦🏻♀️
@Fay This is so true 😅
Id always advise going back to basics with split nights and keeping a sleep diary- most common causes of split nights are under tired, overtired, developmental & discomfort! X
@Gemma okay thank you, I'm going to start a sleep diary and see if we can improve things 🤞🏻
Feel free to send one over if you need another set of eyes!

mine used to be like this but we’ve started going out for a walk or to play at the park late like around 5pm or sometimes 7pm and now he sleeps 8-8 give or take every night
Tire her out during the day more, we have to take him out for a looooong walk or soft play otherwise he wants to play at night 🤦🏻♀️
