@Sarah I’m still taking the prenatal vitamins but not consistently. Any vitamins in specific you are taking?
Calcium was my best friend for joint pain. Breastfeeding takes a lot. make sure you're drinking lots of water that can help and vitamin c and d my doc recommended (breastfeed for almost 2 years)
Hey, are you taking any vitamins by any chance? I started taking women's health vitamins last month (also 4 months PP) and ive started to feel better.
