Ear wax

How are we cleaning our baby’s ears ? I don’t really want to stick an ear bud in so I I’m just getting rid of the excess but he’s starting to itch them and I’m not sure why

Scratching there ears can be a sign of teething x

I did think that he’s had his bottom teeth come through nearly all the way and hasn’t shown any other signs of more teeth yet but I did think it could be that x

My little boys started scratching his ears as well and i just put it down to teething but I’m seeing a gp today anyway so I’ll mention it when I’m their and let you know what they say and then you could always book your own appointment based on that x

@Millie aww that would be lovely thank you x

@Lauren i’ve seen the gp they checked both his ears but couldn’t see anything, my little boy started doing it after cutting his bottom 2 teeth as well so it seems likely that he’s experiencing some delayed teething symptoms but theres no harm you taking him to see your doctor if you feel its something else x

Just use your finger and warm water. Definitely don’t use cotton buds. X
