@Abbie @Rebekah I feel so bad for you guys, but at least you can get pretty sunrise photos
@Sam @Abbi @Laura what time are they going to bed? And when do they nap? Would like to achieve that wake up time
He goes to bed about 7:30 - 8ish , and naps depending on when he wakes up but normally about 10:30-11am - 12:30/1pm I will admit he’s always been a amazing sleeper, started sleeping through at 5 weeks and only had bad nights when he’s poorly x
My little one doesn’t sleep early. Normally around 8.30/9! Half the time she won’t sleep unless we lay with her too. Just started to cut her nap time to just an hour as before she napped at 1pm for 2/3 hours if we let her! X
I may try cutting his naps down next week, but I think I may need them to stay at 2 hours for my sanity 🫠 I’ve just hit the 4 month sleep regression with my second
Depends but usually between 5-6am x
He goes to bed at around 7.30pm, is asleep by 8pm, 8.15pm max. Naps at midday for an hour and a half so 12 till 1.30. Sleeps in his own bed till 6am then finds his way in our bed and snuggles up till 7.30am
Wakes up between 9-12 varies on the day before, allot of factors including if she’s slept late if she’s had a very active day etc. she usually goes bed 10-11pm so we sleep late and wake up late which suits our routine.

Wakes somewhen between 6-7 but is happy chatting in his cot for up to an hour which is lush. Bed is 7:30ish but he still naps for 3 hours and is miserable if I wake him earlier
7-7:30th on school days but could be 8-8:30 when it’s the school holidays
