Pain in lower abdomen

Hey girlies, I’ve got pain in my lower abdomen just below my bellybutton bloated lower stomach it hurts to walk, constantly peeing, hurts when moving and also coughing I did a test this morning and I’m not pregnant I’ve booked in with the doctors and have an appointment at 6pm but does anybody have any idea at all what this could be?
