Not really, I feel so fed up
Aww I’m sorry x
I'm so fed up with being pregnant, I feel so low and anxious and I don't think I will cope once baby is here
I've had a sleep and now I feel better again
I absolutely feel you with this today. I honestly don't know how to cope with this pregnancy and when baby gets here. Cried so much today. Just DONE
@Kelly I'm glad I'm not the only one, my 3 year old can be good but when she plays up I really struggle with her and it makes me think how am I going to cope with her and a newborn x
If you’re feeling this low about pregnancy, can you try to contact someone to talk to them, like your community midwife team? There’s a long journey ahead before the baby arrives so it might be wise to ask for some emotional support now
She has said that she will refer me to the perinatal team as I suffered with my depression with my first pregnancy
Sorry to hear. I was going to suggest getting a referral for mental health support. This will be helpful One thing that alwaya grounds me is the fact that no emotion is permanant - we fluctuate. So let negative emotions pass and try to do activities that bring you joy/ contentment etc x
@Michelle ive been finding I'm only really like it when I'm tired, once I've had a nap I'm fine again x
I’m so sorry you feel this way hun!
@Megan I hate feeling like it but I know deep down I do want this baby and already love it as much as my little girl
Im 6 weeks pregnant too and I just open the app to see if it was only me that I'm feeling like crying all day long , I would literally just sleep, wake up , cry, eat and go back to bed lol 😭🤣 It's not my first pregnancy but this one ,I'm feeling it and it's feeling me 😅
Im super tired since I wake up until I have yo go back to bed

@Zoe blame the hormones 🤣 I’m joking but honestly I’m here if you wanna chat, rant, cry whatever lol but also these bloody hormones have had my screaming at my other half and slamming doors all day 😩😅
@Chris @Megan I'm glad I'm not the only one who's been feeling like this, it's so frustrating and is causing more arguments than before I was pregnant. This isn't my first and I wasn't like this last time
As a first time mom I was struggling a lot more at the beginning but I am in a better place now, I did some research, I am doing ioga (it’s helping me to connect with my baby), I read a book about pregnancy/baby and got support from friends who had similar experiences. These things could help you too but In your case I would get help from professionals because of the depression. Take care ❤️🩹
@Alline thank you, unfortunately I don't really have that many friends that I can talk to about it but I will talk to my midwife after Easter about how I'm feeling
Is everything okay
