Just the feeling of a bulge - I’m pretty sure there is one. I don’t have any other symptoms. I went to my GP today and they didn’t assess either, just said carry on your pelvic floor exercises and keep exercising 🤷♀️ and that it is normal after having a baby! it was a male GP though.

Kegels didn’t help and that is all the NHS does unless bad and then they might do a pessary (more than a year waitlist) or surgery after you are done having kids and carrying them around.
When I got discharged from the nhs, the physio told me about this lady and it is great. She has a free 14 day start that was great.
Sometimes they are worse when standing vs laying down I have heard. What are you experiencing? I had a grade 1.
