@Samantha I just got mine and have used it a couple of times for maybe 10-15 minutes. Each time my arm, the one with the strap resting on my shoulder, goes numb and aches. Has this happened to you or am I using it wrong? 🤔
We used a hip carrier but threw it away. My shoulders always hurt. I just went to sling library and got them to review my normal carrier and got it quite comfortable

@Ling~Ling It hasn’t happened to me, and I’ve used it for over an hour at times. (Walked through an entire museum with it). I make sure that it’s really tight and the two little straps are separated/over my shoulder.
I got the GOOSEKET 365 Toddler Carrier and it’s been a lifesaver. My LO is 10 months and wants the ability to go up and down as he pleases
