4 but her two year old brother is in 5’s and they technically fit her, so I’m just going to start buying 5’s so I don’t have to separate them 😅

Depends on the brand but 4 in most… 5 in the rest. I find the pull up ones are bigger and more absorbent. We like Rascals and Tesco pull ups in size 4 x
