Plane travel
Has anyone travelled with a pram that has the bassinet/carrycot part on a plane? Did you get a cover for it given that they put it into the hold? I’m nervous that they would scratch it.

I did when my daughter was small and we used it as her cot as well, we bought a large pram bag from Amazon and had no issues at all
I brought a pram cover from amazon but with bassinet style you have to buy like a xxL double check sizes
I would recommend taking a sling as you will leave pram at bottom of airplane stairs then not get them until baggage claim other side

I’ve only ever done a buggy, I would recommend getting one that is suitable from newborn, there’s quite a few options I wouldn’t have wanted to take my pram on the plane, they’re too heavy to travel with and they get filthy
