Cabin approved stroller recommendation?

I’m going abroad in July with my son who will be 18months & want to by a stroller that fits in the overhead locker as we have a late flight and I don’t want to be waiting around for the pushchair, I’ve looked at the joie pact pro & silvercross clic but after reading some reviews I’m really not sure what to get, does anyone have any recommendations? We are flying with tui and I’m looking at getting the bugaboo butterfly. The fold dimensions are slightly over what they advise, I’ve read a few people have been fine with it for the over head locker. I just don’t want to spend all that money then it has to go under and gets damaged. So stuck with what to do 😖
