My LO enjoys a bit of hummus. We also alternate between peanut butter, avocado and homemade jams (really easy just frozen fruit, raspberries or blueberries or strawberries and add some chia seeds and cook on a low heat in a pan. The chai seeds soak up the liquid and make it into a jelly when set) 👍🏼
Houmous, melted cheese & grated apple, peanut butter and strawberries, banana with cinnamon and honey, scrambled egg with dill
My little one has allergies so we’re really limited but I make a chicken liver pate which he enjoys as a spread, also likes avocado and I sprinkle some hemp seeds on. I also always have sardines in the fridge for him and we use those on bread too
