Transition to cot

Baby is still in a moses in our room sleeping pretty well - 1 wake for a feed and a couple of resettles popping the dummy back in etc. want to start moving her to the cot in her own room. Heard mixed ideas about straight cold turkey transition or gradual. Any thoughts?

Following coz I’m also planning a move to their own room soon!

We tried a travel cot in our own room to ease the transition from a moses to a cot but I think we just made it worse. I think we'll have to just do it

I have been putting my son down for naps in his nursery for the last couple of months and playing with him in the cot to get him used to the space.

We put the bedside crib in the nursery for a week, so he slept in a familiar bed but in a different room. Also, did morning bum changes and after bath getting dressed in the nursery for a little while before moving him.
