Also obsessed 😍 I use instant pot for 80% of cooking since our son was born - it’s the only way I’m still able to cook all our meals 😅

@Lesya what are your favorite things to cook? I wish I had this one mine was little - she loves all types of beans and this would have saved so much time! I used to always do them in the slow cooker. I think I learned that most beans are like 8 minutes in the instant pot

Beans I’ve done vary so much depending on type & how old they are - I do a lot of meat I used to do in clay pot for hubby & idk how to call in English (we aren’t originally from 🇺🇸) but dishes with grains & a bunch of other things, stews, stocks, soup - any thing that doesn’t need fast & high heat basically - I’ve fermented in there also — stuffed 🍄‍🟫 🍄 beets turnip radish 🎃 etc vegetables (but not 🫑 or zucchini or some cabbages that cook softer 🥬 - savoy or kale, collards those are better for stuffed & in instant pot - the others I do on the stove or in oven ) also whenever I need ingredients cooked for a bigger recipe we even boiled eggs (& everything else🙈that needed to be boiled) 🪺 in there for salads and to dye for Easter .. sometimes I’ll do something with dough but it’s pretty rare bc I have an ancient one without any of the newer functions.. I’ve even brewed strong tea in there a few times to bulk up for the fridge in summer

I wish you live close by so that we could cook together! I love using it for boiled eggs as well and I have also used it for tea bags for iced tea LOL I love making certain Indian dishes in a and I always raise the meat first. A lot of Veggie Indian dishes I just make on the stove top because they usually break down pretty easily- like cabbage, leaks, eggplant potato
