Breastfeeding necklace

Just wondering if any mammas use a breastfeeding necklace? Did it actually work for your little one? My little boy (8 months) is constantly grabbing at my hair and skin while nursing 🥺

I’m not sure what a breastfeeding necklace is but when my daughter is getting really handsy while breastfeeding I’ll put a sock on her hand to stop her from pinching me

Asked heal baby care app and sharing in case it helps: "Many mothers find breastfeeding necklaces helpful for keeping their little ones engaged during nursing. These necklaces can provide a tactile distraction, allowing your baby to focus on the necklace instead of pulling at your hair or skin. Additionally, they can be a fun way for your baby to explore textures and colors while nursing. It's important to ensure that the necklace is safe and made from non-toxic materials, as babies tend to put everything in their mouths. Have you tried any specific types of necklaces, or are you looking for recommendations?"

We did and it certainly helped while he was in a grabby phase ☺️

Oh I'd never heard of this and definitely need one!

I did, and it was brilliant. Baby was always touching or scratching my chest neck or face, I couldn’t take it. Breastfeeding necklace gave him the sensory feelings he needed while breastfeeding xx

Thanks everyone, I've ordered one so hopefully it helps 🤍
