pampers vouchers
i have a pampers voucher for free nappy pack. how do i use it in sainsbury’s? do i need to go to customer services or will a self service till accept it?

Is it specifically for Sainsbury’s? If it’s the same voucher I’ve had you can use it in Morrisons and the nappies are currently on offer for £4.50 and you can still use the voucher x
I tried this and the coupon wouldnt scan, when i asked the sales assistant she was reslly funny about it and said it wont work so couldnt use it, it does say its valid at sainsburys though so unsure 🤨
We had such a nightmare using it at Sainsbury’s! Wouldn’t scan so my partner went to customer services, they tried to say they don’t accept them and it’s invalid. My partner pointed out Sainsbury’s is on the voucher and after some argument managed to get the pack of nappies refunded - I’d try and go elsewhere if you can!
