Best nappy rash cream?

Timidine made my little ones nappy rash so much worse, it stung & bled urgh 😖 Washing with lukewarm water every change, a huge dollop of Sudocrem & Vaseline on top of it as a barrier & loose nappy is what helped clear it up for us. Also, keeping nappy off 15-20 mins a few times a day 🫶🏻

either sudocream or aveeno nappy cream!
