If your partner called you a slag & laughed at you. Would you leave?

Mine didn’t call me names per say but he didn’t think it was normal or okay for me to rant to my best friend

@Racquel I don’t get it though why’s it a problem to get things of our chests and talk to our close ones. My sister doesn’t get involved, she doesn’t go out her way to text or call him she’s just a shoulder for me you know

I did leave my oldest son’s dad used to always call me names and I thought you just wouldn’t do that to someone you apparently love. Shocking behaviour

I wouldn't tolerate that disrespect. In a healthy relationship, it is definitely not normal for partners to call one another derogatory names. I mean, every relationship has its ups and downs, but respect is a must.

The reason they don’t want you to rant is because 1. It makes them look bad (for narcissists this is very important) and 2. They know your loved ones will tell you to leave them

And yes I would leave if I was you. If you had a daughter would you want her to go through this?
