Tiny spots on arms? What could it be?
Anyone else’s little ones have this? I’m pretty sure I have keratosis polaris so wondering if he has it too, but not sure if it could be due to an intolerance or allergy… Any ideas x

Yeah it’s keratosis Polaris I have it and so does my son, and I’m pretty sure my little girl has it too
Mine has this and it’s KP, I also have it 🙂 x
