Thoughts on husbands “baby proofing”
Husband said he could anchor the crib himself and I didn’t need to buy the pack of cables made to secure things like this

Did he just anchor one side? Or is that done on the other side too? If so I think it’s ok, however I would’ve put it on a larger bar because the smaller ones are really flimsy.
Anchor the crib? I never heard of or did that for mine and we turned out fine hahaha

Looks fine to me. Tbh we’ve not anchored anything 😅 doing better than me 🫣
Never anchored a crib before but I think I would have placed it on the outer two bars that connect so the cord and metal piece would be on the side and harder for baby to reach or accidentally hit their face or get scratched on when they get a little older
Is it in a stud? If it works, cool 😎

Whatever works 🤷🏻♀️ However when baby gets older they may get their hands stuck between cord and crib.. I would keep an eye out for giveaway groups on fb and offer up for people giving their kits away
