What to dress baby in at night?

My little girl is 9 1/2 months and I’m unsure what to put her in at night now it’s getting warmer. I’ve looked at the temperature guides online but I’m confused as it’s 23° at the minute but will drop to around 11° at some point in the night, so do I dress her for it being 11°?? But it seems way too hot to have her in a vest, sleep suit and a sleep sack!! Any advice would be great!

What tog is your sleep sack? I would go for sleep suit and 1.5 - 1 tog sleep sack

You need to do it according to the room temperature not the outside temperature. What would your room be? Ours stays around 22 degrees during the night so we dress for that.

Vest, footless baby grow and sleep bag but he sleeps cold most of the time

Long sleeve vest + sleeping bag today. It is currently 24 degrees.

I've done loose-ish footless babygro and 1.0 tog sleep bag

I’ve done opposite I’ve done for the coldest point in the night - wifebeater vest, short pyjamas n 2.5 tog

Our room stays around 22 degrees all through the day/night. I put mine in just a nappy and a 2.5 tog and he’s felt fine over the last couple of nights. I’ll feel him again before I go to sleep but he seems happy x
