Weight changes when stopped breastfeeding
Did people lose or gain weight when stopping breastfeeding?
I am unable to lose weight no matter how much I've tried is it due to breastfeeding hormones?

I havent stopped bf my august baby, but when i stopped bf my nov 22 baby i lost a lot of weight very quickly xx
I've heard loads of people say thru gained when they stopped but I just can't lose and I don't eat different to prepregnancy. Hoping it will come off when I stop x
I always thought the BF kept you skinnier and once you stopped you’d gain weight… I lost a lot of weight in my pregnancy due to HG, I’m 9 months PP and not gained much back at all maybe 7-10pounds I though it was the BF, but am I reading people are losing weight when they stop?

Yes I lost a stone very quickly when I stopped feeding! I couldn’t shift it at all x
