Any second time mums have a clingy toddler
35 weeks tomorrow and my 22 month old son has been clingy to me like there’s no tomorrow. He only wants me and no one else. He will scream the house down if his dad holds him or does anything for him and I just feel like I can’t breathe with how attached he is to me at the moment

Me too! My boy is 19 months. I'm only 32 weeks but he has become really clingy
I’m glad I’m not alone! My 2 year old won’t let me out of his sight and keeps touching my chest like I’m a comfort toy too!
Me too. I have read somewhere something about your levels of oxytocin(I think?) towards the end of pregnancy and toddlers can pick up on the hormones so it makes them more clingy and wanting huggles! Something along those lines anyway

I’m kinda in the same boat! My son is nearly 2 and a half but has practically become inseparable from me. He’s gone back to using me like a comfort toy where he has to be touching me whenever I’m about. He also now is inconsolable for about 20 minutes if I leave the house. So worried about what’s going to happen when little one arrives!
