I used to walk out the room at lunch in work when the birth chat got too much for me with my 1st pregnancy (as another colleague was also pregnant) and I think they got the message that I was trying to stay positive and hope for the best haha

If itās like distant relatives just say u donāt want their advice as itās your baby.
Iāve had my dad try and give me advice ect and it really makes me angry because heās not exactly worlds best parent. So Iāve told him many times to keep his words to himself as itās not his kid. X
