I’m 20 months PP too and only bled once at 2 months PP as I hadn’t healed fully yet x
It could be many things. A tight pelvic floor can cause bleeding during/after sex. Is it a lot of blood or just spotting when wiping like you may have a tear? Either way I would see your GYN.
It could be cervical erosion.

Please get this checked. This isn’t normal. Are you freshly postpartum at all? Bleeding after sex can indicate a load of different things such as being too rough, STD’s, tears that aren’t healing or cervix issues. In worst cases it can be signs of things more serious.
