What was it like having sex for first time after birth and how long long did it take for you to have sex I try it after 6 weeks still feel uncomfortable

I waited closer to 3 months and it still wasn’t comfortable and we used lube like the doctor suggested after my 6 week checkup. It doesn’t hurt to wait b/c I honestly think 6 weeks is still kinda early for sex
3-4 weeks for me, I felt fine. Everyone is different though. Personally sex feels better now pp than it did before 😂

I think it was 10 weeks for me. I was so scared I felt like a virgin again, I also had an episiotomy which didn’t help with my anxiety. It took a few tries to feel normal again and for me to fully relax. Just listen to your body, if your uncomfortable take small steps and ease into it. There’s no rush, do what makes you happy
