Before It’s what you fill the water up to
So when I make a 5oz bottle and the formula is added it goes up to 7oz she is still having 5oz?
@Trish yeah she's still having 5oz if you're adding 5 scoops of formular. But it should go up to around 6 not 7
I’ve always done it before 🤷🏼♀️ someone will probably have something to say lool but I’ve never had any issues, if anything I think it helped in the early stages with spit up because it was a “thicker” bottle if you get what I mean x

Yes- similar has it all figured out.
To make 5oz - put in 5 oz water and two and one half scoops.
@Susan you should always put the same ratio of water to scoops, so if you're making 5oz bottle, it's 5oz water first, then 5 scoops of formular
Here in the states one scoop goes in 2 ounces of water

Yeah – – I would’ve thought you would do milliliters.
1oz=30ml, which we would add 1 scoop. 2oz=60ml adding 2 scoops and so on, that's how we do it in the UK @Susan

When the baby is first born, remember that’s what the hospital was doing and I had to call and say OK -what?-because they eat so little-
I always wonder this cause I put my 8 scoops in first, 1oz water in the bottle and 7oz in the rapid cool and it measures more than 8oz when mixed. But I count it as 8oz cause that’s how much powder I put in.
Yeah i have been doing that. Just was looking at a bottle today and it just seems cofusing 🤣🤣
7 oz of water in the bottle, pour water into rapid cool, leave lid off, 7 scoops to the bottle, add some of the water to cover the powder in the bottle leave rest to cool in rapid cool, shake both bottles, add cooled water to bottle. That probably sounds so strange to others but it’s what works best for you 🤣
