Hi, how many times does your baby breastfeed, how long for and how long do they sleep.
My 1m old will feed up to 17ish times a day and usually between 5-10mins.
She also loves contact napping, wakes up whenever put down.
Will wake up roughly 5 times at night.
Like she will not have a solid feed, sleep for me to then see any sort of pattern to try getting her into a routine.
I feel like her feeds aren’t long enough. But sometimes she will sleep for about 3-4 hours in one go.

I know it’s hard because they scream for more milk, but they will soon realize they need to feed longer and fill up more. Try keeping them awake during feeds by switching breasts and burping frequently. Before bed try to get a nice full feed in. We use formula before bed. My 4 week old still naps longest with a contract nap, but she sleeps longer at night and goes longer between feeds. I’ve been able to establish more of a routine now. I’ve been doing this for a week and already see a difference.
She’s still so young and unfortunately they don’t really sleep for long periods at this age and they love to cluster feed. Mine was the same & I was so sleep deprived for the first 2 months it was insane. Hang in there mama. It does get better. My son started going 3-4 hours and sometimes even 5 hour stretches between feeds at night when he got closer to 3 months. I also breastfeed xx. Also out of curiosity, does she sleep next to you or in her own crib / side sleeper? xx
My son is now 3 months old and is EBF. He can now stretch 3-7 hours sometimes. Throughout the day he eats every 2-3 hrs. Night time stretches longer. At that age they love to cluster feed and stay close, I just loved and I know its hard. Just suck in the beautiful moments! 🩵 you got this!
Sounds like she’s getting what she wants and needs; sleep and feeding are going to be inconsistent, especially at such an early stage, a routine probably won’t really come in until 3-4 months. Keep feeding on demand as this is what helps build supply x
