I am finally getting a chance to sleep because he used to wake up every 2-3 hours!

Learn more about our guidelines. It is recommended to stay on the same pumping schedule to keep your supply up, but honestly for me.. some nights I also wanted to sleep through & my supply was ok! I think my body slowly “learned” that my baby didn’t need as much during the night.
However, everyone’s body is different. maybe test it for a few days? If you see a drop in supply then maybe you can considering still waking up for a pump during the night.
Everyone’s different but my lo started doing this around 6 weeks old and I never pumped in the night, we’re nearly at 1 year of EBF
If direct feeding, just go with what baby wants. There shouldn't be a need to pump.
My baby started doing this young as well. I chose sleep 🤣 Didn’t hurt my supply but I did wake up almost every time with 1 leaky or rock hard boob that I would have to pump while she fed on the other
My baby has been sleeping through the night since about 8-10 weeks old. As a narcoleptic, I chose sleep over waking up to pump. My supply has not been affected and baby is almost 16 weeks old. I do wake up with full boobs and pump between 8-10 oz total every morning. I exclusively pump.
