Ive been working out consistently for 1 month now and ive lost almost 10lbs but i can't even tell because im bloated as fuck 90% of the time and its so discouraging 🙁 like i look pregnant most of the time because tmi but im a constipated girlie and its been getting worse since i started working out. I just want to see what my body would look like if i wasn't bloated all the time 🥺😮💨 started at 185 and the lowest ive hit is 177 but with the bloating and constipation i never know how much i actually weigh 🙃 i felt so confident the morning i was 177 then i ate 2 slices of pizza for dinner and looked 5 months pregnant after and it hasn't gone down and it's been 4 days 😕

Learn more about our guidelines. Also have changed eating habits and have been eating healthier for 2 months now so now every time i eat out i get super bloated for days
Drinking more water and increase your fiber intake that should help with the bloating and regulating bowel movements.
(Some bloat reducing foods are avocados, cucumbers, yogurt w/ prebiotics, berris, banana, pineapple and ginger)
Also I find the best time to weigh myself is in the morning after going to bathroom but before eating or drinking anything.
And you try lowering your calorie intake to get a high deficit and eating a high protein low carb diet should help with losing more weight.
Hope this was helpful.
@Terra them you i was thinking about getting fiber supplements to take when needed because this bloating is unreal, and i already dont eat a lot throughout the day running around after 2 kids so really the only meal i eat is dinner 😅 definitely going to try getting more fiber and protein in with less carbs!!
10lbs in a months that’s insane well done!!
Some things that help my bloating is not eating past 6pm so I have all night to de bloat and green tea before bed!
Gut health is SO important. You can improve gut health by eating not only more fibre foods, but probiotics in the form of yogurt, yakult, kimchi or sauerkraut. My boy has half a yogurt pouch a day and he’s rarely ever constipated he poops daily and soft, and my poops are the same I go daily and also soft I can’t remember the last time I was constipated. I have a bowl of yogurt every day w berries and muesli/dried fruit and nut trail mix and a huge tub of kimchi only lasts 2-3w here, we eat lots of it. Reduce your soda to nil if you can, replace w water and teas and coconut water. Bubbles the stomach can affect bloating. Try ginger/green tea or warm lemon honey water first thing in the morning to kick start metabolism.
Pizza makes me bloated too so I don’t eat it, if someone is ordering Dominoes I get the buffalo wings lol I don’t eat the pizza
@Chelsey thank you 🫶🏼 i eat dinner at 7-8 and dont go to sleep until 1 am but im definitely going to be adding green tea at night!
@Kellie going to buy yogurt asap to incorporate that, and ive always wanted to try kimchi so ill try that too!! Thank you all for all of the advice, i appreciate it so much!!
Yesterday I made a Greek yoghurt bowl with Kiwi raspberries and pineapple. I was going all day and it’s got rid of my bloating and if you get what I mean 😅 maybe give that a try too!
Try some digestive enzymes, that could help with the bloating. As far as the constipation, increasing fluid intake (not just water, electrolytes too!) and fiber should help there. Go when you have to and don't hold it for a long time, and add probiotics through fermented foods or a supplement
@Chelsey omg im gonna try that hahaha
@Jen going to definitely get some stuff from the store to help! Havent had a chance to go to the store yet but definitely going to look for a bunch of stuff that is being suggested here thank you!!
Take a breather, and go easy on yourself. Your body has changed a lot, maybe try adding gut health, and doing some research on how to support your tummy health. You’ve got this! And wow!! Congrats on the weight loss!
@Cortney yes im going to talk to my dr about it on Tuesday! Thank you
@Genevieve thank you so much, yes im definitely doing research on what i can do to help myself. I definitely need to work on going easy on myself!
10lb it’s a lot in 1 month! You can’t see body changes in a month, that’s impossible.
