So i did my first injection of zepbound around 12 pm on May 5th and felt fine all day until about 10 pm. I started feeling nauseous. I tried to sleep it off, but I couldn't, and I felt like I had to puke, so I did. I don't know if I ate too much today or what it was. I just hope everyday /week isn't like this. I'm only on it because I have PCOS and insulin resistance and have struggled to keep weight off for a while. I know i can lose weight on my own because I've already lost 8 pounds just from watching what I eat. I just struggle to keep it off. Is anybody else taking zepbound and has had the same experience?

Learn more about our guidelines.I did one injection, felt fine until the middle of the night, was nauseous, kept having a little bit of throw up coming up without even trying and then eventually threw up. I felt so terrible the whole next day. Especially in the morning. Thank gosh it was the weekend and my husband was home with me because I felt TERRIBLE. It was like having the worst hangover. I was useless. I could not even take care of my then 10m old. I said forget it, losing weight is not worth feeling like this. 😕
I took a different glp 1
Make sure you’re starting on the smallest dosage you can.
My advice is to take it before bed and sleep through the worst of the symptoms.
My nausea was a nightly occurrence while I was on the shots, but I didn’t do them long because they made me so tired I wasn’t a good parent.
