I pretty much stay in my pajamas everyday during the week when my husband is at work and it makes me feel like crap, I want to start taking better care of myself but don’t know how to with a toddler and a 2 month old. I feel like I don’t have time to even brush my teeth. Baby naps in my room so that also limits my ability to do things in there while she naps.

In the same boat! I use to shower and get up and ready each day but now my 7 week old is taking much shorter naps and cluster feeding which makes it harder. I now have been taking showers at night when my husband is home and off work to watch her. That way the next day I just have to brush my teeth, wash my face, and get dressed (usually in leggings lol, i consider pjs and sweats the postpartum uniform) which makes it quicker and easier to do solo. I might not be able to get ready till noon still, but that's okay. Always give yourself grace and allow yourself some pajama days!
I sleep in my underwear so I have to put clothes on at least. I try to brush my hair and teeth in the mornings too but most of my self care is usually in the evenings when my partner gets home
I don’t always do so right away but I do get dressed and put makeup on daily. I just don’t feel like myself and it makes me feel worse if I don’t. I’m not talking like a full glam face or anything, it takes me about 8 minutes to do makeup.
However, my toddler goes to daycare during the week so during the day I’m only dealing with one child. Even if she’s napping I can still do the basics.
I’ll get dressed if we’re doing something or going somewhere specific. Otherwise I’m in pjs most of the time too. I’ll try to put my contacts in but depending on my husband’s work schedule (he works from home!) I just stay in my glasses if he’s busy and baby is fussy. And I also HATE wearing a bra while at home so when I ultimately leak, I end up changing my t-shirt pretty regularly. Sometimes 5 times a day lol. That feels like a new outfit every time lol.
I only get dressed if I am going out somewhere. Baby is still so little I’m going easy on myself. If I’m lucky enough to shower I’ll just put a fresh pair of pjs on 😃
Only if we’re leaving to run errands. I have made it a routine to brush my teeth, wash my face, and take my vitamins in the mornings at least. I shower at night when my baby’s father is home.
I shower every morning and get dressed always. I plan something outside of the house every day, even if it’s just a walk. My girl is 7 weeks and I feel so much better when I get out of the house! But I will say most days “getting dressed” consists of bike shorts and an active or oversized tee.
Girl SAME, literally to all the above same 😂 today was the first time I got on the treadmill and I feel like a rock star. My husband encourages me to do whatever feels best for me so it helps but I want to start doing more. I put a baby swing in my bathroom so I can try to knock out the necessities at least and then work up to extras (I’d like to do my lashes but I’m afraid to have 1 eye done and then the baby wakes up 😂😂) baby sleeps in my room too so I utilize 2 sound machines and a fan because my 3 year old can be unpredictably loud. my current goal is still to be clean and comfortable unless we are going out and then I try to look more presentable. I’m trying to find a routine to keep the house clean, make meals, get back into working out and then really leaning on my husband to help when he gets home especially to give me a childless relaxing shower. Don’t push yourself too hard, you’re already doing a lot! Set small goals and build off of it hang in there mama!
Once my baby was 7weeks old I switched from pjs to a breastfeed tank and workout pants/leggings still comfortable around the house but doesn’t feel like pjs.
