The Baby Academy offers a childbirth class that is free through insurance (at least in the US). I took one of their other free classes yesterday during which they advertised the childbirth class, and they claimed that if your insurance doesn’t cover the course, they would still refund you 100%.
The Greenwich Hospital in CT has $50 online classes. I didn't check if my insurance would cover it, but maybe.
Labor Nurse Mama in Instagram is having her free "5 days to fearless birth" classes starting May 12. Those classes are not an in-depth version, but they give you tools for coping with labor pain.
Bridget Teyler on YouTube has a lot of good information. Look for her older videos.
Thank you everyone for commenting❤️Unfortunately I don’t think my insurance covers the classes. I’ll definitely check out the YouTube videos and hopefully that can give me comfort in feeling ready.
Labor scares are slowly but surely kicking in and I need all the help a first time mama could need. Thanks again!
