My little one is 7 months and I blend up shreddies and sometimes add fruit, we did apple this morning and she loved it, I also make it with her milk x
I did some baked oats this morning I found the recipe for them on "my kids lick the bowl" they have loads of different recipes on there. My little girl wasn't fussed with them she is going through this stage at the moment where she just blows raspberries at all her food 😂 I tried a bit and they were delicious so going to try her with them in a bit hopefully she will try them xx

Porridge or overnight oats? My son loved this recipe x https://www.healthylittlefoodies.com/banana-overnight-oats/
@Shannon hey! This sounds like a good idea! Do you purée the apple? X
@Aimee so I peel the apple, and chop it up into chunks and pop it in the blender. I try and blend it into small chunks as I want my little girl to get used to the texture but you could blend it to a puree. What I learnt this morning though is put the apple (or any fruit), shreddies and milk in together (probably common sense but I was asleep so didn’t think about it) and it got stuck on the side until I added the milk in 😂
Crumpets have gone down very well here. We sometimes just do fruit and yoghurt too
Blueberry and banana overnight oats
Whatever you eat. I never made special meals for my baby he ate and continues to eat what we eat
There's an account on Instagram calling 'Easyeatingfortinytummies' - She has lots of quick and easy breakfast ideas 😊
I tend to do overnight or quick stuff so I don't have to prep in the morning. Overnight oats, ready brek, overnight chia seeds, quinoa porridge that I batch cooked so just defrost a pot. Normally mix the latter with a fruit puree. I mix up the fruit in the overnight stuff so he gets a variety.
