My 5 year old still doesnāt sleep through.
15 months although sometimes very rarely she will wake up and climb into the bed with me.
About 3.5 years old, then not anything like regularly until about 4. Sheās 5 now and still quite often calls. me in the night because she needs a wee/ needs a drink/ lost one of her cuddlies/ needs her duvet sorting. So I guess never! š¬
After her 18 month sleep regression she doesnāt sleep through anymore š« turns 2 in July

The first time my 3 year old slept through was at 17 months when we night weaned. He was down to waking about once a week. After he turned 3 heās been waking once and coming into our room for the rest of the night. Heās not a 9 week old baby sister so weāre going with it for now.
My eldest, nearly 4, is only now getting a bit more consistent. Even then, a few good nights are interrupted by wakeful ones.
My youngest, 16 months, is nowhere near sleeping through. The 2 hourly wakes as a newborn would be nicer than what we get currently š
