I think it started early this week it feels like something is going to fall out of my clitoris. I had mentioned it to my OB and she said pressure is normal but when I peed in the shower a bit ago a bunch of small blood clots came flowing out so now I’m concerned something is wrong. I’m going to message OB about it tomorrow but wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Learn more about our guidelines.I had the same thing my clitoris literally felt like it was on fire and I had a bunch of small blood clots. I went away when I was about 4 weeks postpartum. But I would definitely check with your ob if your concerned
@Dakota ugh they called me back and she basically dismissed it but I truly hope nothing is wrong it’s so upsetting not feeling heard
I had the same thing show up 1 week pp. I’m 3 weeks now and it’s slowly gotten better and I only feel it when I pee now or when I’ve overdone walking for the day. Never had blood clots though. My midwife offered to do a urine test to check for UTI but I’m waiting to see if it keeps getting better.
@Sarah Anne it has gotten a little better I’m also almost 3 weeks pp. it just feels like something heavy is sitting at the end I almost wondered if it was a kidney stone but my mom said I’d be in so much more pain. But basically same as you to the T!
