@Lacey this is amazing!!! I’ve been teaching my son the basics too 🤍
I’ve been doing it since birth and he uses milk, water, all done, but also says no with the head, points at his mouth when hungry, touches his eyes and says mama when tired, holds his arms up to be hold and hits the table when he’s in his chair to eat, grabs his diaper and pulls it when he wants to be change, and some more things i can’t remember right now
My boy will be 8 months next week and he does milk, more and all done. Milk is definitely the most used, my favorite is when hell be in the middle of breastfeeding and lay back all milk drunk and happily sign it
@Sheena aw I could imagine how sweet 😍
@Sammy aw good job little fella!! Xx
I’ve been signing since birth because I’m hoh and they respond to signs but aren’t using any signs yet
I want to start but is it too late? I am jealous y'all have babies who can already sign to you!
@Janine it’s NEVER too late!!!!! 🤍
@Gabby so glad to see people teaching their babies sign! So important. Your baby will do it back soon :) x
Im trying! We are working on more & all done so far
@Janine never too late! You can start by talking while making the signs and they’ll catch up eventually !
My girl is now almost 2 but we started with the basic like more, milk, eat, water and then just started adding things we used often like wait, mom, dad, help, no, yes…I’ve even taught her weather signs that she grasped onto fast! I plan to do the same with my 7 month old too!
