Ok so these tests were taken like 6-8hr apart…. Would you say the top test is just a false positive or error? Because I see the second test as negative?!

Just to clarify the top was the first one, and the second the later one.
did you use FMU and test again in the afternoon?
@Payton I think it was my second pee in the morning and then the 2nd was at like 6pm
