Our HV dropped us some vitamins off so may be worth an ask/advice from them x

We were recommended to start multivitamins already, so that’s what we’re using. My little girl is 10 months old

The healthy start ones are good as you need the smallest amount! I got them from the health visitor but you can buy them online

Our local children's centres/family hubs give out the healthy start ones for free, as far as I'm aware its an NHS initiative so should be like that everywhere (or at least most places!). But you can check if theres one in your area by using this link- https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/other-health-services/healthy-start-vitamins/ Some places will only give them out through the healthy start scheme, for people who claim certain benefits etc. But other places give them out to everyone, it will tell you at each place if they do or not, just pop in your postcode x

My HV didn’t tell me that you can get them for free but I got the ‘wellbaby’ brand of multivitamin from Morrisons it was £5 you just put a teaspoon in their water or milk and stir it well :)
