Can my landlord do this?

The water heater in the condo I’m renting broke and it caused water to go into carpeted rooms and the bass boards of the floor. If you step on the floor the water seeps up between the boards. The sink is leaking from under in the hallway bathroom. She is having us move out because she is planning to “sell it” by the end of June. I know she is just going to rent it to an unsuspecting family and they WILL suffer from the mold air in here. There is already mildew smells in the hall, rooms and bathroom no matter the clean we do. How do I help the next person? Is there site I can report this on?
