Help for a May baby

Hi! I’m hoping that where you guys might have just gone through this you can help. I had my baby last night, she did two great feeds after delivery then had a big sleep but since has not showed any interest in feeding. Like she has not cried once in 30 hours or showed any interest in food. Has not wanted a bottle, she had 10ml and then a lot of it came back up. I have given her maybe 4ml of hand expressed colostrum but she is barely swallowing it. She won’t open her mouth for a bottle, a boob, a syringe. I am doing skin to skin and continuing to hand express but I worry it’s not enough and I am completely freaking out. Has anyone else had a very sleepy baby? What did you do? I would love any advice.

So the first 24 hours they take very little milk. I didnt realise this until my second baby last month. His feeding is very different from our firsts. If its still the same after 24 hours I would try waking baby after every 2 to 3 hours for a feed x

My son was very uninterested in food the first 48 hours. I had to wake him to feed after 4-6 hours. I was told it was pretty normal as they are so tired!

Thanks so much, that’s really reassuring. I ended up seeing a midwife today too who said similar and that they want me to offer a hand expressed syringe every hour or two on top of trying to keep getting her to feed regularly. Fingers crossed we’re out of the woods with it in a couple of days!
