Anxiety Monster

My little is going to be 11 months on Sunday and I’ve been on meds to treat my PPA since he was about six months old. It’s helped immensely, but I’m still having moments every so often like tonight. Where he breathed in a way I thought was off now I’m fighting the urge to bring him into bed with us to convince myself he’s okay and I can sleep. But his pediatrician made me feel like the worst mom ever for cosleeping. Someone please tell me I’m not losing my mind.

Girl co sleep. Regulate your nervous system and his win win

I agree with Mandy. Do what feels right for you!

Reading this currently trying to fall asleep with my 10 week old asleep on my chest 😅 PPA can be so debilitating, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve freaked out over the exact same thing. If cosleeping is going to help your anxiety, help you get some sleep and you are doing it safely I don’t see a problem with doing it. But only you know what’s best for you and your little one! Give yourself some grace; you’re doing great!!!

Does he sleep in your room & are you using the owlet?

I co sleep every night with my little one, both me and dad on either side. 🥰

I still co-sleeping with my 2 year old. Please do what you need to do. God bless
